A Salute To The Misfits
SPEAKER_00Here's to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the ones who see the world differently, who don't fit neatly into boxes, and refuse to live by someone else's script. You can quote them, you can disagree with them, you can glorify them or vilify them, you can shake your head at their ideas or be inspired by their courage. But the one thing you cannot do is ignore them. Because they change things. They disrupt what's comfortable, they challenge what's normal, and they push the human race forward. Sometimes with loud revolutions, sometimes with quiet persistence that changes everything over time. They see possibility where others see limits. They dare to dream out loud when the world tells them to be silent. They take risks, they stumble, they rise again, and they keep going. Not because it's easy, but because they can't imagine doing anything else. These are the ones who remind us that every great leap forward was once considered impossible. So here's to them: the ones who won't sit down, won't be quiet, and won't stop until the world is different. Because they're the reason it will be.

I mean, that's emails to God, right? That's our communication to God. Who does not want to learn how to do that better? Well, guys, we've got a lot of things going on, a lot of transitions. Um, and man, the air and everything just feels thick. It's uh the vibrations, the frequencies, everything just feels real thick. A lot of things going on. Remember to use discernment, the news is fake. To use discernment, use prayer, and listen for God. And guys, that will uh work wonders in your life. I promise. I promise you. But let me just tell you a little bit about the the products, the health products we offer. We offer a daily health system, which is your uh natural GLP1, it's one of the only ones on the market. I would love to share what has been shared with me because it is a blessing. Well, guys, let's get into the podcast today. Remember, I said the harvest is ready, but the workers are few. Did you know the word harvest was mentioned in the QDrops over 12 times? Um, we talk about how this movement is biblical. It's talked about a movement like that throughout the Bible. I don't I don't think this time is any different. I think it's more spiritual, less physical. But I think we're in the thick of it more today than we have ever been. So, guys, welcome in. We're gonna be diving into a powerful moment in Scripture. If you have your books, uh turn to Matthew chapter 9, verses 37 and 38. But guys, to really understand this, we need to just step into where they were at that point in time. Yeshua was moving through cities, villages, teaching. He was healing, he was restoring lives, he was a breath of fresh air, a light into the world in a dark place. And then the Bible reveals something, his heart, something that is in his heart. And it's it's not only profound, it's I mean, let's just read it. If you look at Matthew chapter 9, verses 36 and 37, 38, excuse me, 36 through 38, it says, when he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to the disciples, the harvest is plenty, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into the harvest field. You see, this is more of a statement. This is this is more than just a statement, actually. It's a lot more. It's a diagnosis of humanity. It's actually a call to action. If you look at the condition of the crowd, verse 36 says they were harassed and helpless like sheep without a shepherd. Now, it might have been true then, but it's really painfully true now. Because if you look at modern society, people are constantly overwhelmed. They are, but they're still scrolling, they're still connected online, but there's a loneliness in real life, and I know this. People are chasing success, battling anxiety, battling depression, battling identity confusion, all in the same breath. Because we live in a world right now that has more information than we ever had, yet we have less direction. And it shows. God doesn't respond with judgment. Yeshua doesn't respond with judgment. He responds with compassion. And if you look at the word compassion in an original, in the in the original language, it's very deep. It means being moved to your core, your gut. It's not really a surface level sympathy. Compassion is a love that compels action. So if anything, this passage right here challenges us. Do we see people with frustration or do we see people with compassion? I'm gonna give you a true story. Last week, I was out in the field knocking on doors, talking about life insurance. I met some people in their late 60s, very good people, church-going people. There were three of them that lived in a house. A couple and the husband's sister. And do you know, between the three of them, they were on over twenty-five medications between the three of them? A couple of them were on multiple blood pressure meds, multiple statins. Now, I don't know about you, and I'm not a physician or a pharmacist. But why would anybody need to be on multiple blood pressure pills and multiple statins? I mean, I get people that are overrate. I get people that eat the poison in the grocery stores. I get all that. I struggled. I've struggled with my gut my whole life. But in that moment, I did not become frustrated because I could not write them a policy. I became sad. When I left that house, I called Nikita. I had tears in my eyes. Because I did not understand the fact of big pharma and Medicare in the state of Georgia, all in a big loop. And it's not helping our seniors, it's killing our seniors. And that, my friend, that made me not want to do my job anymore. But I put a lot of work into it. That upset me so bad I had gut issues all weekend. And I don't know why, because I don't eat bad and I take very healthy supplements. But that is how my body deals with stress. Always have. But let me tell you, everything I knew and everything I talked about, I saw it firsthand in the field. And it hurt. So ask yourself, do you see people with frustration or do you see them with compassion? Because Lord forgive them, they know not what they do. So let's turn the page. Yeshua says, the harvest is plentiful. Guys, this is powerful because it flips how we think. We tend to say God, we tend to say people don't care about God anymore. The world has gone too far. Nobody is listening. I hear it every day. We've gone from you're crazy, you're a conspiracy theory, nothing you say is true. I don't understand any of these decodes. That was 10 years ago. You know now what they say to me? They say everybody sees it, everybody sees the corruption, everybody sees it on the surface, but nothing's gonna happen. That's a big difference in 10 years, isn't it? That's the same people call me crazy, lunatic, crackhead. They're saying I was right, but nothing's gonna happen. It's the same thing we're talking about here. People tend to say, people don't care about God anymore. The world has gone too far. Nobody's listening. But you see, Yeshua says the total opposite. The problem is not lack of openness. The problem is lack of workers. Guys, the harvest represents people who are searching for meaning, open to truth, ready for change. The harvest has grown. That's why I say it's mentioned over twelve times in the cue drops. That's why we say this movement is going to be biblical. The harvest is ready for public consumption. It's ready for change. It's open to truth. It's searching for meaning. But if we're being honest, you see it everywhere. People are exploring spirituality, but they're lacking truth. People are having conversations about purpose, identity, and mental health, but they're still going to the doctor. There is definitely a hunger for something real than a world full of filters. Guys, you see, the harvest is far from dead. It's plentiful, it's ready, it's open. But the readiness does not equal transformation without someone stepping in. Think about it like this. You can have a full field of crops, acres and acres and acres and acres and acres of ripe crops. But if nobody harvest it, it will just rot. It will do no good for anybody. In modern terms, in today's society, there are opportunities everywhere. But you know, the slave mentality, the victim mentality of people who think they are owed something for nothing, ignore the opportunities. And guys, there are so many people that are hurting, and we see it on the surface. But often it's unspoken. How many times have we proved the news to be fake? Yet you still every day run with the new headline. Right now. War, war, war. War, war, war. And we know for a fact that we're not being told the truth, yet we're running with headlines. There are so many opportunities and so many ways to be an entrepreneur, to be a steward of God's money. But you have to recognize a blessing when it is given to you. How many times in your life have you stirred away your own blessing because of a decision you made? Because of a prejudgment you made. Because of something you found thought without even doing research. The truth exists. It's up to you to find it. You have more than you know. The harvest crop is ready. The harvest crop is plenty. The harvest crop is all around us. It's in your workplace. It's in your friends' groups. It's on your social media feed. It's in your family. But there's that one part. There's that one part. That part of tension. That part that says the workers are few. Not uninterested, not unable, but few. And the question is why? Why? Are there few? Because being a worker requires something. A lot of people avoid. Being a worker requires dedication. It requires discipline. It requires time in a distracted culture. It requires courage in a cancer culture. It requires conviction in a culture that does everything but convict. It means stepping off the porch. It means stepping beyond your comfort zone. Let me paint a picture for you. In today's society, many people are consumers instead of contributors. Many people are observers instead of participants. There is abundance of inspiration, but more in activity. And you may say, B. Rob, what do you mean by that? Look at Facebook. We repost messages, we repost prayers, but do we live them? I can say I honestly try to. And listen to the liars. Everybody wants change, but everybody also wants to avoid responsibility. That in itself is why the workers are few. And here's something even more important. Yeshua did not say the harvest needs more talented people. He said it needs more willing people. He also gives instruction. And when the master rabbi, the Lord Yeshua, gives instruction, I think we should probably listen. If you look at the scripture, it says, ask the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into his harvest field. Notice a couple things he does not say. Complain about it, judge it, withdraw from society. I'm guilty of all three. He says, ask the Lord, pray. Why? Because prayer aligns our hearts with God's heart. And here's the twist, guys. Here is the twist. Here comes the lime. When you start sincerely praying for workers, you yourself start becoming one. When you start to pray for workers, you start becoming one because when you ask God to send help, you can't ignore the assignment in front of you. You can't sit there and ask God to help you and then ignore what He has assigned to you. It's not that's not the way it works. Prayer isn't escape from responsibility, it's preparation for it. So here's another question. What does being a worker look like in modern society? Is it just standing on stage? Is it preaching? I think it looks like checking on a friend who's struggling. Living with integrity and truth when nobody else is around, when you're alone. Speaking truth, but in love in all difficult conversations, not enabling. Maybe it's being a light in a dark environment. So many people like to blend in. So many people like to go with the flow. Go with the algorithm. Go with what everybody's doing. But being a worker in a modern world means being a light in a dark environment, not blending in. It means being present in a distractive world. Being real in a filtered world where everybody is using filters, you don't. Also, being grounded in truth in a very confused generation. You got a platform that's great. Platforms are great, but you still need availability. You see, your harvest field might be your job. It might be the school you're going to. It might be the gym. It might be your Facebook. It might be your community. It's going to be anywhere where people exist. Anywhere their people exist, there's a harvest. So look at this. The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. It's not a hopeless statement. It's not a condemnation. It's an invitation. You see, God never lacks power, but the world lacks need. So the question is today, will you stand in the gap? Will you not just hear this, but respond to it? Will you ask yourself, where is my harvest field? Who around me needs truth, love, and guidance? And the most important thing, am I willing to be used by God? Let us pray. Lord, O God, our Father, the master of the harvest. God, I pray that we may be ready for anybody we send today. For anybody you send to us today, I pray that we may be ready. Lord, I beg you to send workers. The field is plentiful. I beg that all my brothers and sisters do their part. Lord, we thank you so much for allowing us to decide for ourselves. Lord, please anoint each and every listener today as they go out in their field. Because we know that you have made the harvest plentiful. So Lord, we beg you to send workers. We love you. It's in Jesus' holy, heavenly name that we are covered in the blood of Yeshua. Amen and hallelujah. So, guys, a final thought here. The world doesn't just need more opinions. It needs more people who reflect the heart of Yeshua because guys, the harvest is ready. Now it's time for the workers to rise. And if you do not have a relationship with Yeshua, the Son of God, the Son of Man, the Almighty Healer, Jehovah. You need to get right. I love you guys. Word.
