Hey guys, it's B-Rob, and it is the Food for Thought Faith Cast. It's a beautiful Wednesday morning. And uh we're outside again and the birds, the feathered choirs going. And today we're gonna talk about something that is very relevant today. Um we're gonna call this one healing the land. So, guys, I want to welcome you back today to the Faith Cast. Um, the scripture we're gonna be reading out of today is gonna be 2 Chronicles 7.14. And there are no coincidences. Um Solomon's prayer for a nation and what it means for us right now, in this moment in time, in this moment in history. You see, in 2 Chronicles 7.14, God responds to Solomon's prayer and says, If my people who are called by name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and I will forgive their sin and I will heal their land. You see, that not just a cool verse, it sounds a lot like another promise from God with a condition, right? So, like Solomon prays, God answers, and God gives a promise and a condition. Because Solomon had just dedicated the temple, and he knew this is something we would still wrestle with today because people drift, nations drift, hearts drift. We talked about this before. So Solomon prayed ahead of time and dedicated the temple. God, when we mess up, when we lose our way, please don't abandon us, restore us, is basically what he prayed. And God's answer was clear. Wow, you can hear the hustle and bustle of the city. I gotta move to the country. It's not as nice as Sunday. Anyway, God's answer was very clear. Healing doesn't start in politics, it does not start in world systems, it starts in people's hearts. That's why it starts with if my people, not if my country, not if my world, but if my people. You see, that's the key. Because when we look at today's world, we look at politics, division, violence, confusion because nobody knows what the truth is, systems are broken, and it's easy to place blame because that is what society teaches us to do, right? Is to point fingers away from us. But in this scripture, in this lesson, the passage turns the focus back. It's almost a mirror, it's like holding up a mirror. It's not pride, it's repentance. It's not noise, it's prayer, right? It's not performance, it's actually seeking the face of God. And the the transgression, the the oh, what's the word I'm looking for? What's the word? The equation is simple. It's a simple progression. Be humble, pray, seek his face, and turn back. You see, that's not just a spiritual language, that's that's kind of a transformation in any aspect, whether it be physical, spiritual, 3D, 5D, whichever one you want to call it, I will hear, I will forgive, and then I will heal. You see, I will hear, I will forgive, then I will heal. But see, the healing is not like what we think. It's not gonna look like an instant change, it's not gonna be like instant coffee, it's not gonna be like an instant wake up. It'll begin with the heart, it'll spread to communities, and then it will reshape the entire reality of the environment over a course of time. I said ten years ago nothing can stop what is coming. Everybody thought I was crazy. Now, look at the deal. I'm on a podcast and you're listening. So I wasn't too crazy, was I? I just went with the intuition of what God had showed me. So the question in today's reality is what's wrong with the world, right? But that's not the right question. The right question should be, are we willing to turn? Because the same God who answers Solomon is still listening, and the same restoration is still on the table, the same powerful God, it's just a different time. So will you hear these words? If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will heal hear from heaven and I will forgive their sin and I will heal their land. If my people, we're still God's people, right? Right, we have to humble ourselves and pray. I talk about this daily, and seek the face of God and turn away from sin. Then God will forgive us and heal our lands. It's that simple, guys. It's that simple. What choice are you gonna make? Are you gonna get right with Christ today? I sure hope so. Let's go to the Lord in prayer. Dear Heavenly Father, we come to you today, Lord. We just thank you for allowing us this brand new day. We thank you for allowing us the life that you have given us. We thank you for the blessings and we accept them. Lord, we pray to stay humble, seek your face, and we pray that you will heal our lands and restore us. We pray not only for the country, we pray for the whole world. Lord, just give us the strength, give us the patience, and Lord, please give us the insight in a world full of noise that we may seek you and your truth only. It's in Jesus' holy, heavenly name we pray these things. Amen and hallelujah. Well, guys, thank you for your time today. We're not gonna take up too much of it. I love you guys, God loves you guys, and if you do not have a relationship with Christ, you better get right.

Thus Solomon finished the house of the Lord and the king's house, and all that came into Solomon's heart to make in the house of the Lord, and in his own house he prosperously affected. And the Lord appeared to Solomon by night and said to him, I have heard your prayer and have chosen this place to myself for a house of sacrifice. If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locust to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people, if my people which are called by my name shall humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. Now my eyes shall be open and my ears attent to the prayer that is made in this place. For now I have chosen and sanctified this house, that my name may be there forever, and my eyes and my heart shall be there perpetually. And as for you, if you will walk before me as David your father walked, and do according to all that I have commanded you, and shall observe my statutes and my judgments, then will I establish the throne of my kingdom according to as I have covenanted with David your father, saying, There shall not fail you as a man to be ruler in Israel. But if you turn away and forsake my statutes and my commandments, which I have set before you, and shall go and serve other gods and worship them, then will I pluck them up from the roots out of my land which I have given them, and this house which I have sanctified for my name will I cast out of my sight and will make it to be a proverb and a byword among the nations, and this house which is high shall be an astonishment to everyone that passes by it, so that he shall say, Why has the Lord done thus to this land and to this house? And it shall be answered, because they forsook the Lord God of their fathers, which brought them forth out of the land of Egypt and laid hold on other gods and worship them and served them. Therefore has he brought all this evil upon them.
